Please note that December 24, 25, 31, and January 1 are non-working days. Therefore, orders placed on these dates will be processed starting December 26 and January 2, respectively. It is very important to remember that our courier service does not operate during holidays; thus, shipments might take longer than usual to arrive. We highly recommend placing your orders in advance.
Important: Orders placed on December 30 and 31 will be billed with a date of January 2 of the current year.

Return Policy
Peatfoam.com accepts returns of items within 30 days of receipt. Most products sold on Peatfoam.com are subject to our general return policy, though some may have specific return conditions.
Returns are accepted only under the following terms, without exception:
Items must be received within 30 calendar days.
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns of different or damaged items from what was sent are not eligible for refund.
The return address must be the same as the original shipping address.
Repeated or ongoing returns and specific cases are subject to Peatfoam’s discretion.
The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. The fee for this service is $300.00 M.N.
All return requests must be made via email to info@peatfoam.comaccompanied by images verifying the product’s condition and packaging upon receipt. If applicable, customers will receive instructions from Peatfoam on how to proceed with the refund, provided the return qualifies.
